Checks don't print from Chrome

Hello,

Having issue with printing checks from Chrome, we are able to print from Edge.

Is there any specific settings in Chrome that should be enabled or disabled?

Version: US Business Central 18.3

    Is it only check or you cannot print some other documents from Chrome? Also, is it in one devices or all devices? 

    I saw the following but seems like Google Cloud is not in settings any more but you can try the following if you have issue with one device.

    Hi Alicja,

    I asked a few people about printing Business Central checks from Chrome, and they said it works fine for them, so in theory it should work.

    If it's only BC check printing that is an issue, I'm wondering if a pop up blocker or extension might be interfering with the printing process.  I would try opening a new "Incognito" window in Chrome, which usually opens a new browser window with no extensions.  Then login to BC in that Incognito window and see if checks print from there.

    Did you ever find a solution?

    I'm having the same issue. I can print from Edge, but from Chrome I can not print anything: order confirmations, invoices, PO's, etc. I have another user with the same issue, ok from edge, not chrome. I have disabled any extensions, tried incognito, tried allowing popups, redirects, allowing all third pary cookies, tried resetting Chrome but nothing works. I use to be able to print fine but mine problems started about 6 months ago and I just started downloading the PDF and printing. Now my HR person started the same symptoms and is asking me for help. When I hit print nothing happens, I use to get a final popup window to hit print again with how many pages or other printer settings. I can hit print preview and the dynamics preview will pop up but when I hit print from the preview I get a message " An error occurred while trying to print the report."

    Hoping you have found a solution.
