Adding Customer Voice results to a split in Customer Journey without using Email and Email Element

Does anyone know how to do this? To use the Customer Voice survey in a If-split, I need to add it to an email first, but I dont want to send an email.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. :-)

    Hi,

    It cannot be done without adding the survey as an email element unfortunately.

    You can post your proposal in Ideas forum.

    Adding on to Simon's question here as I understand it can't be done. But isn't it possible doing it through segmentation and then starting a journey based on the segment? So what if we have a NPS survey in Customer Voice and we want to start a journey based on the rating.

    8-10 get one journey
    5-7 get another one
    ...and 1-4 get a third journey

    At the moment I don't find a way to do this "out of the box".

    Anyone?
