Hello,

I have some questions in Item Card.

In my case, it popup the error message:
The changes to the Item record cannot be saved because some information on the page is not up-to-date.
Close the page, reopen it, and try again. Identification fields and values: No. = XXXXXXXXXX.

Please refer scenarios and images below. Anyone has same issue and how do I fix that?
Scenario 1. Wen I type item category code/product group/service item group/base unit of measure, then click refresh or send approval request.

Scenario 2. Type same as Scenario 1 field, then type costing method.

Do you see the same issue if you enter all the required fields on the page and then you hit refresh or send approval request?

    Hi Andy,

    Thanks for your reply,

I've been fixed the issue, I figure out only dimensions fields has that problem, then tried to modify insert function and modify function for default dimension from true to false.

    It's usefully.
