I am receiving the following error message when logging into Dynamics 365 for Financials: "An error has occurred. Could not open the "company. Access is denied to company 'My Company".
I get to the login screen (login.microsoft.com), enter my work email address and password, then it takes me to the O:365 screen (portal.office.com).
Then I choose Dynamics 365 from the Home menu and it takes me to the DYnamics 365 home screen ([company domain].financials.dynamics.com) and I see the ribbon with the Office tiles, Dynamics 365 app name, Financials on the left and the user, help and settings on the right. In the middle of the screen I am presented with the error message:
"An error has occurred.
Could not open the "company. Access is denied to company 'My Company".
with a -> restart button which directs me back to the same place.
Any idea what is causing this error and how to fix it?
