Send Mail when add attachement to Sales order

Hi All

I would like to trigger mail when sales man add an attachement to the sales order

this mail will be send to predefiend group (production group ) any suggestions to solve this issue ?

There can be many approaches to solve this problem. Most convenient one with standard system which I can see, is use of alerts. you can setup alerts for attachments for specific table such as SalesTable by specifying range of TableId and then you can get those alerts in email

Go to Sales orders form and click on 'Attachments'

And then right click on the grid and select 'create alert rule'

After that follow steps mentioned by Sohaib.
