creating work order instance

while creating work order from agreement i cant able to create wo that take place 1 or 2 hour prior to my agreement creation.so in scenario like an urgent work order that have to be taken within half hour ,if i create a agreement it take more than a hour to create.

so i cant create a work order instantly from the agreement  it take a very long time.how to create them faster?

    I would say that you make a Service Request Ticket to Microsoft regarding this issue as they may give you an answer to why this may be happening.

    online.i have checked multiple time with different online instance(crm8,4 changing the region) works same.i not sure what i am missing here(tried field services setting too )?

    Its strange because my Work Orders get generated instantly from Agreements

    Are you On Premise or Online?

    thanks for your reply thomas ,

    yes i have given the setting for work order to higher values,and i am trying to create both manual and recurrence method.

    -even after setting the work order x day there is no consistency when the record are created.

    -i have also noticed that the whole wo are created using the workflow.

    They both seem to be slow . some of my scenario where we need a wo to be created at least half hour early to the booking time,is there any way we can do that.

    Is this a current issues in field services where we except it to be rectifies in the upcoming update ?

    Can I just check a few things:

    - Are you creating a manual Schedule Date or are you using the recurrence?

    - Have you filled in the Generate Work order X Days in Advance in the Field One Settings?

    I have also found this article which supports your claim of the Work Orders being generated slowly. So it might not be much you can do.

    Tip:
    "The agreement booking dates are created via workflow in background. I have noticed that it can take some time for the required dates and work orders to be created. So you may need to be patient."
