Adding Dimension Field to Aging Report

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by 185

I'm looking to add one of the Dimension values as a column to the Aged Accounts Receivable Report. I am able to export the RDLC file and open it in SQL Server Report Builder. I am not able to determine:

1) Which field is the Dimension that I'm looking for

2) How to insert this column in the report.

Thanks in advance for your help!

if you search for Microsoft® SQL Server®Report Builder you will find the download. I believe it is free.  Depending on the D365 version you have, you may need 2014 edition rather than 2016

    D365 uses SSRS and Word.

Do I need SSRS to edit the D365 for Financials and Operations Business Edition reports? I want to edit the standard reports.

    Are you needing SSRS?

I know that this was awhile ago... Can you link me to a download of the Report Builder software? I can't find it anywhere. Thanks!

RE: Adding Dimension Field to Aging Report

    Hello,

Thank you for your question. I looked into this report in Report Builder and and I'm not seeing a way to add Dimensions to this report, the fields aren't available within the DataSet.

We would need to request these fields be available in the DataSet. Please consider entering a product suggestion here:
