HTML web resource on button from ribbon customization

Hi,

I have created a custom button on the ribbon workbench. I have 3 forms in my account entity and onclick of that button, I need a dropdown list that the user can click to go to that form. Can someone please help me with the function and type of web resource to implement?

Please find below an illustration of my requirement.

It seems to me you are trying to recreate something that already exists out of the box. If you have several forms available to the user, there will be a dropdown menu next to the entity form name where you can select another form.

My requirement is when the user clicks on the new button.

Out of the box, it will open the default account form. I, however, need the dropdown on the new button instead of the added step of opening the default form then selecting the appropriate form.

Oh I see - your button isn't on the form ribbon.

There are several examples on the web how to launch a specific form, here's one:
