I am trying to create an SLA for Work Order but the option isn't available - Work Order is enabled for SLA
Is there a configuration setting I am missing?
Hi John.
What is the Field Service version? I know the last few version, it has an "Arrival Time KPI" Out of the box which also would enable the SLA on Work Order entity.

I am on the latest version it just won’t offer me the option to create a new ska against the work order entity
Hi John, this actually is the only thing you need to do to enable SLAs (assuming you are on FS v8.x?). Can you share a screenshot of where you are not able to create the Work Order SLA?

You try to publish customization after checking Enable for SLA and create new SLA again.
