Error while printing slips from OPOS printer

We have installed the Sealed Hardware Station Version 10.0.24. We have deployed the POS solution using Commerce SDK.

We are able to pair the Shared Hardware Station at POS.

While triggering any print like X-Report and Receipts we are getting Hardware station error.

The error in event viewer is

Seek help on cause of this issue and way to resolve it.

    Hi partner,

    Please try reinstalling the printer drivers on the server.

    Hi Will,

    Thank you for the reply.

    We are on a standard retail demo environment of version 10.0.24. 

    We are using the Virtual Hardware Profile and have installed the Virtual Peripherals.

    We have tried on two different machines and received the same error.

    Also similar errors are coming for other peripherals too.
