I have an issue related to job and Material issue
Scenario is, we have creating a job based on only based on 3 situation either from Sales Order/project/AMC (only 3 cases). In Some cases all the materials are not known at initial stage. So later the warehouse team will add the item into this project based on Sales team instruction. But that particular item was supposed to be in stock for another project.
There are creating for job planning lines—Process—Create job Journal lines.
- How we can bring a Workflow, whenever they are creating a new line of item on particular job, before they doing the posting(Should not allow to post) - approval should goes to Purchase team
- Once job is completed and status is changed to completed , then only designated user can able to reopen it
- If any of the item is brought to our stock, then it should not allow to add that item to any project.
Am requesting experts help and advice on this to solve these 3 issues .
