How to completely Deinstall/Delete D365 App for Outlook for the whole organization.

I have installed the D365 app for Outlook successfully for a number of users, but I am having a problem with the app so I would like to completely deinstall/remove the managed "Dynamics 365 App for Outlook" App from the Default solution so that noone has the ability to even qualify to use the app. I have deinstalled it for one user using Manage Add-Ins in his Outlook but that is manual and it still is there as an App, I would like to actually completely remove the whole D365 App from the default solution. Just how can I do that though?

Thanks in Advance

    Looks like you have to ask users themselves to do it. That’s what documented. docs.microsoft.com/.../dynamics-365-app-outlook-user-s-guide

    May be some poweshell or sccm package can do it in bulk for you. You should not have pushed this to all users without testing thoroughly with pilot users. :)

    Did you try removing security role for that app, privileges to use the app. And the user mailbox settings to non-SSS, any option from eligible users list in CRM.

    There's an option at the exchange level, to remove the app. Exchange admins should be able to do this.

    Here's the link :-

    docs.microsoft.com/.../install-or-remove-outlook-add-ins

    Try this out.

    What I want to do is to actually remove the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook out of the CRM, not just to remove the users from having the ability to get it configured for the users. So, in short, Im Talking About the Moment at which you still cannot download the "Dynamics 365 App for Outlook", well before even configuring mailboxes for Users. So I can then re-download it with al the Defaults, im Pretty sure These Defaults will help me get the results I want

    Hi Junior,

    You can try to control the security role access of Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.

    Only the system administrator has permission to use this app.

    You can follow the steps bellow:

    1.Go to Settings->My Apps.

    2.On the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook tile click the ellipsis and then click Manage Roles.

    3.Choose system administrator only and click Save.

    Hope it helps.
