Hello,
Hope you are doing good!
We are on 10.0.18.
I'm trying to deploy a code package to an cloud hosted environment and is getting failed at step 12: GlobalUpdate script for service model: AOSService on machine: XXXX with DB Sync errors below.
Looks like the tables in DB sync are related to Fleet management and there is no data in those tables as we are not using. When i try dB sync in cloud VM there are no errors, sync was successful.
Any suggestions would be really helpful!
Thanks,
Sandeep
Hi Sandeep,
From where did you create the deployable package and what is the contents? It looks like the DB sync is failing on views with a reference to fleet management tables. Can you check if there are unwanted view objects in the deployable package?
Hi Andre,
Thanks for your response!
We have created deployable package from azure pipeline which contains ISV models and customizations.
Usually we don't face this issue. Infact same package has been deployed successfully In other test VM.
Could you please provide me the path to cross check the objects in deployable package?
Thanks!
Cloud VM restart and package redeployment solved my issue. Thank you!
Thanks for updating your question with the resolution. I have verified your reply as answer.
