Hi Team, I heared about that , the Logic apps option is also there in Visual Studio.

What I know earlier, The Logic app option is there in Azure only.

Kindly let me know what is diff between them with Azure > Logic App
and with VS > Azure > Logic App?

Thanks in advance

Your question doesn't belong to this forum, because it's not about D365FO.

But in short, many Azure services, included Logic Apps, can be developed in Visual Studio. You can easily find more details in documentation.

There are tools for Logic Apps Consumption in Visual Studio, which aren't great. If you can use Logic Apps Standard, the tools available in VS Code are much better.

Hi, sorry I replied previously but the reply seemed to disappear.

In VS code, for Consumption Logic Apps the designer is ready only, so you have to code your logic apps. The portal is much better as a GUI.

In VS Code for Logic Apps Standard, there is a fully functioning workflow designer.

The last time I checked, the latest versions of Visual Studio didn't support the Logic App designer at all.

For these reasons I find VS code + Logic Apps Standard the best combination for developers.

    thanks, Anthony, for the response.

As you said "The last time I checked, the latest versions of Visual Studio didn't support the Logic App designer at all."

    Which version of Visual Studio?
Any specific error is you getting while trying to accessing the Logic Apps from Visual Studio?

*** So, What I understood, we should go for Azure > Logic Apps for any designer to work rather than to choose the Visual Studio > Logic Apps.

    Am I correct?

    Thanks in Advance!
