since yesterday one of our cust tenant cannot login to BC. almost all users cannot access using their PC/Notebook.
is there anyone experience same issue with me? it shows below message.
Please file a support case or report a production outage through the Tenant Admin Center for this to be investigated. Browse to businesscentral.dynamics.com/<AAD TENANT ID>/admin.
already did yesterday.
somehow the support who helped me in this case is in different timezone (around 10-11 hours i guest). so there are a lot of limitation in term of our communications. and so far there are no ETA about the fix.

Did you ever get this resolved? If so, what was the issue and how long did it take. We've been down for about 4 hours now with the same error message.
in my case everything come to normal again after almost 2 days.
i suggest you better contact your partner support asap.
Thanks for your feedback. Our partner is involved and Microsoft did bring the server back up last night, but I'm wondering if you ever found out what caused the issue. There has been suggestion that this might have been caused by our TrueCommerce software.
