I would to know if anyone has experience using the Team member license for the field technician.
I've read the functionalities of this license with all details, but I would like to know from practical experience if this license can cover the needs of the field technician using a Resco App.
Technician should be able to create Asset, update asset from his mobile App.

Have a look at the latest licensing guide: mbs.microsoft.com/.../Dynamics365LicensingGuide.pdf. There is read access for team members, but you don't have the right to update or create records. Customers who licensed team members in the past had a different policy, but if a customer buys today, a team member who cannot write any data rarely makes sense.

Hi Bassamba, no, the Team Member license is not sufficient for Field Service scenarios.
