We have a customer journey which nurture customers who are added to a segment. The customers are sent several nurturing emails, but I want to stop the nurturing if customer buy a product from our shop.
- Can I stop a customer journey based on a new segment "buying customer" - probably not?
- Can I stop a customer journey based on visisted a marketing page - yes, but then I have to embed a blank marketing page on the checkout page - dirty trick...
- Other suggestions?
