Stop customer journey when customer buy a product

We have a customer journey which nurture customers who are added to a segment. The customers are sent several nurturing emails, but I want to stop the nurturing if customer buy a product from our shop. 

  • Can I stop a customer journey based on a new segment "buying customer" - probably not?
  • Can I stop a customer journey based on visisted a marketing page - yes, but then I have to embed a blank marketing page on the checkout page - dirty trick...
  • Other suggestions?

    Hi Kjoni,

    > You can create segment "product buyer" to save cucstomers who have bought product and add it to suppression segment of customer journey.

    But your need to add some custom fields to contact entity to flag he/she has bought product, then find them with this as criteria.

    e.g: It would be a lookup field: Product, criteria is when the field contains data or equals a specific product.

    > You can create a segment which is based on interaction/behavior, then exclude customers who have submitted a specific marketing form from customer journey.

    (marketing page is also supported, but I assume your marketing page is an external page, and you just use embbed marketing form.)
