We have a customer journey which nurture customers who are added to a segment. The customers are sent several nurturing emails, but I want to stop the nurturing if customer buy a product from our shop.

But your need to add some custom fields to contact entity to flag he/she has bought product, then find them with this as criteria.
e.g: It would be a lookup field: Product, criteria is when the field contains data or equals a specific product.

(marketing page is also supported, but I assume your marketing page is an external page, and you just use embbed marketing form.)
