Cannot add one (1) subs for Dynamics Marketing Attach

Hi,

We have trouble adding 1 (one) Dynamics 365 for Marketing Attach license to our customer (The minimum quantity is 10.):

Licensing guide:

Dynamics 365 for Marketing Attach
Customers with fewer than 10 full users (enterprise and/or professional) of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan or applications and/or of Dynamics 365 Plan, who aren’t eligible to receive Dynamics 365 for Marketing (2K contacts), may purchase Dynamics 365 for Marketing Attach. The base pack of Dynamics 365 for Marketing includes 1 Marketing Application instance and an entitlement of 10K contacts. Only one of the “base packs” with 10K contacts may be purchased. Customer Engagement entitlements are at the tenant level; therefore, they are not included with this application. Scenario: Customer has less than 10 Dynamics 365 plan or Customer Engagement plan/applications users and purchases Dynamics 365 for Marketing Attach.
The customer has ten (10) fully licensed users.
This has worked before. 
This problem has now also appeared for customers who have previously purchased this license. 
Do you know what has changed? 
If we set license count to ten, the price is also 10*632,50€ when it should be 1*632,50€.

    We are experiencing this same issue now. Country: Hungary through CSP.

    Hello All,

    Apologies for this issue. there was an issue in the Commerce purchasing rules. the fix has been rolled out. Please recheck and let us know if the issue still persists. In case it does, then please share:

    1.  The Region & Country where the purchase is being made

    2.  the purchasing channel where the issue is encountered i.e. Direct Web purchase OR CSP(partner channel) OR EA/VL(via MS field sales)

    Hopefully yes :) My colleague that is working on this informed me that they are waiting on Microsoft to resolve the issue. If I receive any new input will reply to this thread with update.

    Hi Melissa,

    We have the exact same issue, it seems to be an error on MSFT side, on the licensing portal. Last month we successfully activated Attach license for one client, but today when we try to do it for another client, we get the same error (as on your screen shot).
