I want to learn what is the rule of Frx in GP dynamics 2010. we are using GP dynamics 2010 but still not understand major rule of Frx.

FRx is mainly used to develop and generate Financial Statements. You can also use Management Reporter (MR) for GP 2010 for generating Financial Statements.
I would recommend not to implement FRx and just go with Managment Reporter. This is because Frx will not be available for future versions of GP.
I also want to encourage you to implement MR over FRx. FRx is the older financial report writer and is being superseded by MR. You own licenses to both but if you have not implemented either, implement the new technology MR.
