I am calling stored procedure from dexterity form , its calling from default dynamics database rather then my database on which i have created stored procedure.

The prototype Dexterity procedure you created must belong to a series other than System, for example Company, or Project or any other series not named System. You will have to copy the content of the prototype procedure, delete it, and recreate it assigning it to the proper series.
