When on a Case record I clicked the Convert to Work Order button and received the below error and  the WO record was not created. How can I resolve this?

'msdyn_workorder' entity doesn't contain attribute with Name = 'slainvokedid' and NameMapping = 'Platform'. MetadataCacheDetails: ProviderType=Dynamic, StandardCache=True, IsLoadedInStagedContext = False, Timestamp=49567632, MinActiveRowVersion=49567632

More information: SLA was active at the time of performing the steps; when I  deactivated the SLA it resolved the issue; however, I need to configure and test SLAs for Work Orders. Please share your knowledge and or ideas on how to resolve

This has been resolved. Turns out there was a Workflow that when disabled solved the issue. Others are analyzing the Work Flow to understand why it caused the error in my question
