Not able to send email in Dynamic CRM through gmail

Hi,

I am using Dynamic CRM 2016 trial version and i am trying to send email. 

I have configured Gmail with dynamic CRM following https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlEd-SS3MRc this video.

But i am not able to send email. I am using port 995 for incoming and 465 for outgoing. I have also tried 587 port for outgoing but nothing works.

I am also getting following alerts:

'The mailbox is disabled for email processing. For more information see the alerts'

Below are the alerts messages which i am getting:

'The email message "Your mailbox is now connected to Dynamics 365" cannot be sent because an error occurred while establishing a secure connection to the email server. Mailbox didn't synchronize. The owner of the email server profile has been notified.'

Please suggest.

    Hi Rajni,

    I have successfully configured gmail in my Dynamics CRM 2016(Non IFD) and it works fine, kindly confirm if everything is as below :

    Server Profile:

    Hi Rajni.

    As Mahender has already noted, you must install and configure the eMail router to achieve your goal. The eMail router is an additional package for CRM... it's easy to install and configure. In the eMail router you can add outgoing oder incoming rules for eMail traffic.

    Hi Rajni,

    For sending email out of CRM you need to setup email integratoin, you can use either email router or you can use Server Side Syn, for server side syn you need IFD configured first. If you don't want to setup IFD you can setup email router and configure email integration there.

    Thanks for your suggestions on this.

    Do i need to install all mentioned in above link? :|

    Actually my main requirement is I want to create workflow which will send email to users when Lead assign.

    But i was not able to send emails through workflow.

    So i was simply sending mails through mailbox which was also not working.

    I think there are some other ways to send emails like email router or online exchange.

    Please suggest me on this.

    Hi Rajni,

    IFD stands for internet facing deployment, in simple word it allows you to access your intranet CRM into extranet. You can go through the link which is suggested earlier and after that you can look for below to configuring IFD: www.interactivewebs.com/.../how-to-set-up-microsoft-crm-2016-ifd-on-windows-2012-r2-server
