i want to create dependent field , like state and country in CRM

how can i create?

Hello,

There are several ways to look at it:

If you have created "State" and "Country" entities in your data model, then you can easily make the user first select a Country before they select a State, and filter the State based on the associated Country.
You could even add a business rules to make sure that the Country is selected before the State field becomes editable, or to make sure that the Country becomes read-only once a state has been selected.

If you have created "States" and "Countries" as option-sets, you might want to implement dependent option-set logic.
You can do so with custom JavaScript code (e.g. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/dynamicscrm-2016/developers-guide/gg594433(v=crm.8))

As a side note if you are looking for a out-of-the-box no-code approach for dependent option-sets, you might want to wait to see the content of the upcoming 2020 Release Wave 1.
As a matter of fact, dependent option-sets is a feature that has been postponed twice already.
