Hello,

What do I need to configure in CRM Dynamics 2011 to receive incoming emails? 

Please any help will be appreciated.

    But the outgoing is already configure.

    I need the Incoming email steps. Is there any other explained steps for beginners?

    I would suggest to install and configure Email Router - technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699786.aspx
