Font Batch Number show difference .

1.When I create Batch Number use capitalization and when I search font had shown Capitalization.

2.Click choose Batch Number for Registration ii fine problem “Capitalization change is Small font”  

When I print Inventory Stock card for checking font shown small

    Dear Parichat Rattanadecha,

    This is exceptional behavior of the system. May be local machine setup is making some issues.  Kindly confirm the below.

    1. Is it happening to all the user or only few user.

    2. Have you tried with admin user.

    Probably below steps may help you.

    3. Try to clear the user data and try again

    4. Client  machine >> User >> App data >> Local >> delete all text file starts with ax_.

    Close the user session and try again.

    Dear Parichat,

    Yes, Please try that. But one suggestion here please make sure you have taken backup of user personalization otherwise they will cry. :)
