Payroll Year End Update

Does it matter when you apply the year end update service pack?  Does it have to be before or after your last payroll run?

Also, at what point do you want to run the tax table update?  Is this something that is done in 2009, 2010 or does it matter?

Thanks!

Ryan

    Ryan,

2011 Year End Update / Service Pack can be applied prior to or after the Last Payroll run however prior to payroll year-end close.

You will want to apply the 2012 Payroll Tax Update to update the tax tables after the payroll year-end close but prior to the first 2012 pay run.

    Regards,

    Randal

    Ryan,

Payroll year end update should run after the Last Payroll run and after that you can run the Tax Update.

    Thanks
