Hi,
I am on D365 Online v9.1 and we have DEV, QA and Production instances (Identical). On DEV and QA I can see Sales AI under settings but on Production I cannot see it.
I followed below guide but it didn't help

Anyone knows any possible solution for this?

Nitin Meria when you go into site map customizations do you see any entry for "Intelligence Configuration" or "Sales AI" ? If you do you can just change the id and it should show up.
