how can i use this code

'OpenWindow of form [1710]', 3, "Note", "0001A892", "", "0\System\Notes\0001A892", OLE Note Present Button, OLE Note Absent Button, "NOTES", 0, 2

the system gives error unknown identified [1710].

Please help me.
