EP issue (The webpage cannot be found)

Hi Friends,

We are facing issue with some of our customized EP pages.

We have three page for Leave process and which are widely used by many users.

  1. Leave detail page
  2. Create and Edit pages.

Some time we are facing issue with one of these pages and getting error “The webpage cannot be found” and we didn’t find relevant log from event viewer.

To solve this issue, We just deploying the Page definition and web controls of related page and then everything looks fine.

I think it is relating to cache but not idea how to rectify.

Can anyone suggest me how to overcome this issue?

    Hi

    Make sure it hasnt been deleted accidently.

    See recycling bin and see if it has been deleted.

    Change permissions to make sure no one can delete pages besides you or admin.

    Have you also checked if the page is actually there when it says webpage not found?

    Have look here for paths to check.

    Sure. Currently issue not more exist and we are trying to reproduce the issue in test environment. If it is reproducible I will place debugging result. Thank you.
