Year End W2 wage file format

I'm having trouble getting W2 wage file through Accuwage.  Contacted them and they said the format has changed this year.  Contacted our support and they say there is a Year End Service Pack that has to be installed.  I've already downloaded the latest tax update for 2017 but I can't find the Service Pack.  We are on GP2013.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks
