Hello everyone They could help me, I'm looking at Dynamics 365 documentation about webServices, how it is created and how to consume it. I have not found good information, could you please give me an orientation on how to create a Web service and how it is consumed, for example, obtain customers or create and modify them.

You can create API request very simple way using CRMRestbuilder - download CRMRestBuilder and import the solution to your Dynamics 365 instance.
