Early payment discount is calculated including the Sales Tax

Hello,

According to CRA Canada early payment discount has to be calculated on the PRETAX  invoice amount. 

If the invoice is $100 + $5 Sales Tax and early payment discount is 2% , discount has to be calculated as $2 ($100*2%) rather than $2.1 ($105*2%)

Is there any setup that can reflect this requirement?

The only way I see now is calculating a discount from the gross amount.
