Hello community,
I am looking for a setup to have an item seralized where we mention the id only for picking processes AND using WMS advanced feature.
Ps: I found this link, which describe exactly what I wants! (so I believe it is possible?)
When I tried to move the item, using Raw material picking to the production IN location. Here I always retrieve this error message:
"Item is set to capture serial at picking or packing. Unable to pick serialized inventory"
Here is the setup that I believe must be the correct one:
Ps: I tried to mark/unmark the check box "Register serials before consumption".
Ps2: if I pass "Capture serial number" to None, the system will never ask for a serial = this is not a solution.
After some discussion with one of my collegue, he told me that I must uncheck "physical inventory".
> But this is not allowed when using WMS3...
So I am a bit lost on what setup should be the right..
Please can somone help?
