Hi Everyone, Good day to all, I have not made any changes to my MT940 ER configuration for a long time, but somehow it has the below error and not sure why. This is not customized MT940 format from Microsoft,for customized configuration it shows the same error.The MT940 file i use has no change since last tested. Thank you so much for your time.

Which release version are you currently using? There is a similar record in the issue list, you can check if an upgraded version will solve your problem.

Thank you so much for your response, I am currently running on Version: 10.0.30 (10.0.1362.27).
You mentioned that the configuration hasn't changed recently, maybe you can look at the logs to get more error information. Is there any custom code that is causing the errors? You can also refer to the blog to import bank statement to check if there are missing steps.

Thank you so much for the suggestions. I actually found the error. Seems like my colleague made some customization that cause the import function to break. Thank you so much for your help.
