Reminders in GP 2015

We just upgraded to GP 2015.  I thought I read somewhere that one of the new features was that we could set up alerts or reminders to pop up on all active users screens.  For instance I need everyone to log out tonight before they leave and I would like to set a reminder up for everyone.  Is this something that is available?

    Hello Katie

    I believe you are talking about the "Take Company Offline" feature, and "Send messages" for current logged in users which will pop up on their screen. I have illustrated the whole details on GP 2013 R2 – Take Company offline for Maintenance

    Is there a way to create a reminder for everyone that shows everyday?  I need to remind everyone to save their work before we log them off each night
