Integration Adapters for Fixed Assets

Hello,

I need to import fixed assets into GP10 using Integration Manager. I cannot find or see the necessary adapters when trying to add a destination.

I have been asked to install the latest service pack for IM. I downloaded service pack 5 for IM and have installed it, but I still cannot see the necessary adapters.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong and how could I resolve this?

    You are missing the eConnect Adapters. Run the IM installation again and be sure to choose these during the installation.
