Dear All,

Good Morning

I got an error while posting in GL. Error is Error: Number sequence for the reference transaction Id has not been set up in the GST reference number sequence group.

The screen shot of error is as below.

I have provided GST reference number sequence group by General Ledger - Setup - Tax - India - GST reference number sequence group as under.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Hi Bijender,

In AR parameters, ensure you are defining number sequence code for "GST Transaction Id".

Hi Bijender Kumar1,

Can you check whether the Reference in number sequence form is selected in that number sequence or not.

Below screen shot is taken from D365 as an example.
