Offline error when trying to save a record

 My user gets this error when in offline mode on CRM for outlook and ideas ?

    Thank you so much , what I can see is that it is a security issue because when I changed one of the users to a role with more security rights it does not give me the error .But will do the trace to exactly determine where the issue is ,Iam also thinking  field level security but  testing that today .

    Check this article's - crmbook.powerobjects.com/.../dynamics-crm-outlook-client-troubleshooting "Diagnostics" section. Turn on Tracing, reproduce an error, check trace for detailed explanation.
