Whether somebody can explain the difference between Financial cost amount and Physical cost amount? And where both cost come from?

The differences can't be explained from this screenshot. You only show the inventory transactions. How your production module is setup, what item model groups settings are used and in what order you post all production processes might related.
You might contact your partner for some consulting and assistance.
