Hello experts,
I'm trying to set up a questionnaire with Dynamics 365 HR to act as a survey for my employees. I've set up the answer group, answers, question, and questionnaire. When I use the validate tool, it doesn't see any issues. When I go to complete the questionnaire and click "End", I get the error message "The number sequence for the questionnaire has not been set up" and it will not let me submit.
When I go to the Number Sequences page, I see Flee_1 and Flee_2 are both set up for the Questionnaire area.
When I open Flee_1, this is what the properties look like:
I've also turned on preallocation and set the quantity to 10. The properties for Flee_2 look the same.
Does anyone know how to adjust the setting of Flee_1/Flee_2 or set up a new number sequence, and if this would solve the problem with the questionnaires?
