Hello All,
Does anyone know how yo get rid of notifications on the top of navigation bar? i want to disable them permanently.

The SharePoint SSP notifications and other such ones are only visible to System Admins.
So you don't have to be worried about end-users seeing such notifications.
Can't it be disabled for everyone?

There is no way to disable the SharePoint notification unless you enable it.
As mentioned previously it is only visible for Admins.
