Dear Team,

When trying to perform "COMMON DATA SERVICE FULL SYNCH. REVIEW" I come up with the below error under "To Int. Table Job Status" for Vendor

An error occurred when communicating with Common Data Service.

Detailed description: Principal team (Id=094e7d71-870c-eb11-a813-000d3a7f128d, type=9, teamType=0, privilegeCount=34), is missing prvReadOpportunity privilege (Id=f7767f74-628d-48b3-a7

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hello,

What user did you initially use when running the Assisted Setup. It should create a John Doe user in CDS for integration.

Hi Marco,

The original user would have been myself. I can't find a John Doe user within CDS

Hello,

That user is automatically created. It will have a user name called John@contoso.com. It is the BC integration user.

When creating the connection, you do specify a CRM Admin user that has System Admin / System Customizer role. During setup of the connection, it will create an integration user which is called john@contoso.com (not John Doe).

Hello,

A full synch within CDS does result in the following output:

This was done in V170. I can of course try in earlier releases where CDS is required.
