Visual bug Outlook 2016 with Microsoft Nav Client

When my users send an email with attachment from Microsoft Navision they get a visual bug as illustrated below. It happens when they send an invoice from Nav, Outlook opens with a new message dialog with the attachment. When you hover with your mouse cursor over the "To" field, the 3 additional fields appear. At that point you can't send the email anymore

All the users got this issue in a period of one week, so I think it's a Office / Windows update the caused the issue. I contacted our Microsoft Navision reseller, but they haven't seen this issue before.

Any thoughts on this?

Nav Client version: 8.0.43389.0

Outlook 2016 build: 1703

    Hey everyone :) i had such a problem too, changing Mail.NewMessage to Mail.NewMessageAsync helped.

    We are experiencing the same issue.  We are using Office 365 ProPlus and NAV client CU33.  We tried clearing their Outlook profile and generating a new one. This would initially work, but the problem always came back within hours.  We were thinking this was due to Office 2016 updates that were automatically installed, however I see this ticket was generated back in 2017 and we are just experiencing this problem now..  We have not found a resolution.

    Two of our employees are having the same issue (NAV 2016, Outlook 2016)

    One of our customers also has the same issue (Outlook 2016 & NAV 2017)

    It look's like it's random, if some users experiences this issue, the next day it's gone, but other users has it.

    Anyone?

    We're also have the same issue when generating an email from a Sales Quote. Tried disabling Hardware Graphics Accelerating in Outlook, but that didn't help.
