Sorry for the misunderstanding,
Well, I have just been pushed to test that, and I can't see that this is available.
Although, I have tried the "flow" feature, to have attachments flown from master entities to transactions, and it clearly does flow when creating a new transaction.

I do see that it can be viewed after posting, but I'm wondering if a document can BE attached after the transaction is posted?
For both, posted and unposted transaction.
After posting the transactions, the attachment could still be reached on the inquiry window.
