
We have one register that has this reoccuring message when the POS is open.
"This action cannot be completed because the other application is busy. Choose 'Switch to' to activate the busy application and correct the problem.
I click that, but nothing happens, click retry nothing happens.
Has anyone seen this message? Know where to start to look at settings?
I googled it but couldn't find a solution.

I have the same question (0)Scott do you have any customizations or plug-ins for RMS? This is a general Windows busy message. Basically it means the program is busy waiting for something to happen, and then nothing happens. I have seen this a few times with RMS if there is a plug-in using the .Net Framework. Without exception this meant the computer had some type of virus/spyware that broke the .Net Framework and cause the plug-ins to misbehave.
