Can't log in Dynamics AX 2012r2

Hi all, we have a strange situation here where one user has problems to log on AX2012r2. It was all working fine until last week where an AX query hung and he had force quit and  restart AX. Now he is unable to start AX without getting "Unable to log on Microsoft Dynamics AX". All other users can log on "run as" without problems on the same PC. User is also able to logon to AX from another computer. It's just that he can't log on from his own computer. I have tried to delete user .auc files, checked SID, restarted all servers but with no luck. Problem seems to be in his computer. Does anyone know if Dynamics leaves user residual files somewhere in Windows which might need to be deleted in able to fix this wierd issue? Note! This user is the only user which also has AX Management reporter installed. Does this affect the log on issue?
Thanks for all help

Forgot to mention that I also have uninstalled/reinstalled AX with same error.

Thanks, but as mentioned I checked SID already. Please note that user is able to log on using different computer. So the AX account seems to be intact. No other network issues persists. Other users can log on to AX using his computer without problems.

Is the user using an .axc file (client configuration) when the client is opened? Or is the configuration stored in the registry?

If you use Fiddler on the computer, can you verify that the client is trying to connect to the correct AOS server and port?

We use .axc file for launching AX. Since other users are able to logon with same .axc file I presume there is no problem with the .axc configuration. I have also double checked the AOS and port in registry and it's same compared to another PC where that user is able to log on.

One thing to try would be to delete the user's Windows profile on the impacted computer. Of course it has bigger impact than just AX, so it depends on your computer setup whether it's feasible or not.

    First Remove windows credential

Then check user online status through below path

System administration > Common > Users > Online users.

If he was still online force log of him/her from AOS instance

    Regards
