We use Dynamics GP 2015 R2. We have a batch that when it runs, creates an email and sends an invoice to the customer. GP somehow interfaces with Outlook to create the email. Since upgrading to Outlook 2016, I have the problem where the emails are stuck in the outbox. To fix the issue and allow the emails to be sent, I either have to reboot or open task manger and kill outlook.exe. After doing either one of those, the emails are sent very quickly.
What should I be looking for?
