Gamification - Fans Unable to Access Leaderboard

Hi,

We currently have a game running and have noticed that fans are unable to open the leaderboard. They are able to see the smack talk board and other features but get the below when accessing the leaderboard.

"An Error Occurred"

Is this normal behaviour? are fans supposed to be able to see the leaderboard?
