Hi,
i have a grid in which few columns , The problem with my grid is that my last column becomes duplicate whenever i added new column.
please help, thanks

How did you add new columns? Using a customization or personalization? If using personalization, you can reset the personalization and start over. Otherwise, please elaborate what form you are referring to and what steps you are doing.
i have tried 2 approaches
1. with drag and drop from datasource fields
2. creating new field and select datasource and field .
also i have reset from personalization but failed each time
Resolved issue by clearing cache
