Is there any way to get a full list of the extensions of a particular class?

As far as I know there is no such standard process. But you can do find reference on that class and see where ever it is used.

Hi Yuji, One way is to do Metadata Search in Visual Studio and select 'Filter by code'. In filter by code, you can me specify 'ExtensionOf(classStr(YourClassName))'

It will provide all classes that are extending that particular class
